Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed according to the 2006 Chinese Medical Association's Clinical Practice Guidelines: Neurology Volume and confirmed by CT or MRI as stroke patients; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Brief Apoplexy Scale score >= 27; 4. Be conscious and cognitively intact; 5. Have access to a smartphone or other mobile device and be able to use the WeChat application; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe organic diseases such as heart, liver, or kidney failure, or malignant tumors; 2. Individuals whose affected-side muscle strength is assessed by a physician as grade 3 or below.
