Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Detection of endometrial and/or intrauterine lesions through ultrasound examination; 3. Ability to obtain complete images of the endometrium and myometrium using routine ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and URM imaging; 4. Ability to understand and willingness to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Those who may have contrast agent allergies or other contraindications; 3. Patients who have undergone radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy prior to surgery; 4. Individuals with tumors in other organs; 5. Those with incomplete clinical data.
