Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. BMI 18~30kg/m^2; 3. ASAI~III; 4. Patients who are scheduled to undergo elective colorectal surgery and have not undergone an enterostomy; 5. Have a clear understanding and voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of opioid allergy or allergies to experimental drugs; 2. Combine patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lung diseases, respiratory dysfunction, and liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with mental illness or a history of mental illness; 4. Long term use of painkillers, psychotropic drugs, hormones, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
