Interventions

Control group:Receive standard conventional COPD treatment and basic nursing care
Intervention group:On the basis of receiving the same conventional treatment and basic nursing care as the control group, a respiratory rehabilitation nursing program will be implemented

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2025 Global Initiative of the GOLD Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; 2. After medical treatment, has passed the acute phase and has stable vital signs; 3. 40 years old <= age <= 75 years old; 4. Voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form. Nurse: 1. Has the qualification of a clinical registered nurse; 2. Engaged in respiratory rehabilitation nursing related to chronic respiratory diseases; 3. Voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials or intervention studies of drugs; 3. Those with a history of active tuberculosis, as well as those who have undergone partial, partial lobe, or total lung resection; 4. Those with an expected survival period of less than 6 months, such as uncontrolled advanced malignant tumors, acute myocardial infarction within 6 months, unstable angina pectoris, acute stroke, or acute heart failure history; 5. Patients with liver failure or kidney failure requiring dialysis treatment; 6. Other conditions determined by the researcher as not suitable for inclusion in this study. Nurse: Nurse who has undergone further training.
