Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis (2021)": a. Typical symptoms such as abdominal pain; b. Serum amylase/fatty acid enzyme = 3 times the normal value; c. Imaging suggests pancreatic inflammation; (2) Age = 18 years old (3) Clear consciousness, normal communication, complete language expression ability, and voluntarily participate in this study. 2. Caregiver: (1) Voluntary to undertake the main caregiving tasks (caregiving time > 4 hours per day; if there are multiple caregivers, select the one with the longest caregiving time); (2) Age = 18 years old, without mental disorders, and able to conduct normal language communication, and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients: (1) Patients with a history of severe mental illness or psychological disorders; (2) Patients with severe damage to the heart, liver, brain, kidneys or other vital organs; (3) Patients with gastrointestinal malignancies, other malignancies, or those who were directly discharged from the intensive care unit; (4) Clinically diagnosed as severe acute pancreatitis: with persistent (more than 48 hours) organ dysfunction; (5) Patients participating in other research. 2. Caregivers: There are paid personnel such as volunteers or nannies involved in the care.
