Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old. 2.Diagnosed with end-stage knee osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., which meet the surgical indications for total knee arthroplasty (TKA). 3.This is the first unilateral knee replacement surgery. 4.The medical records are complete, including perioperative records, prosthesis model records, cost details, and regular postoperative follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent knee joint revision surgery, bilateral simultaneous replacement, or concurrent replacement of other joints. 2.Patients who underwent replacement due to non-degenerative diseases such as tumors or acute trauma. 3.Patients who died during the perioperative period or were lost to follow-up. 4.Patients with severely lacking clinical data and unable to conduct effective analysis.
