Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Stanford type A aortic dissection by aortic CTA; 2.Underwent surgical treatment with cardiopulmonary bypass (CBP) and deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA); 3.Age >= 18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with immunodeficiency diseases (such as HIV), chronic inflammation, or those on long-term steroid therapy, who are already in a state of immunosuppression or chronic inflammation. 2.Patients with debilitating diseases such as malignant tumors. 3.Patients who died preoperatively, intraoperatively, or within a short period postoperatively.
