Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–80 years, with glomus tumors of the fingers or toes. 2.Tumor diameter =5 (pain at rest or evoked by palpation). 4.Positive Love test (severe pain induced by digital pressure). 5.Agree to participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe damage to the nail bed (e.g., pre-existing nail deformity); 2.Coagulation dysfunction (platelet count 1.5); 3.Pregnancy or lactation; 4.Infection or skin breakdown along the puncture path; 5.Inability to cooperate with the surgery, and inability or unwillingness to cooperate with follow-up and clinical efficacy evaluation. 6.Patients deemed by the investigator to be otherwise unsuitable for participation in this study.
