Adolescent Psychological Crisis

Interventions

intervention:Each adolescent and their family in the experimental group will receive multiple family therapy (MFT) delivered by the research team, consisting of four components: (1) one session of fam
(2) multiple family group?based services (one full?day activity per week for four consecutive weekends)
(3) one half?day multiple family therapy reunion session
and (4) one family summary interview. All intervention practices will be jointly implemented by qualified team members under the supervision of the principal investigator.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 10-18, including 10 and 18 years old, and their guardians. 2. Patients who have been experiencing depressed/melancholy, depressive, anxious, or irritable psychological/emotional states for two weeks or more and are currently on or have taken a leave of absence/dropout/sick leave exceeding two weeks; 3.Patients who have self-harming behaviors (such as cutting) or thoughts; 4. Patients diagnosed with psychological/emotional disorder-related conditions; Among these, meeting any one of criteria (2), (3), or (4) is sufficient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is in a high suicide risk period and requires medication or other compulsory measures to ensure safety. 2. Cannot speak or understand Mandarin. 3. Accompanied by severe intellectual developmental delay or other serious developmental disorders (e.g., severe autism).
