Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A signed and dated informed consent form; 2. Commitment to comply with research procedures and cooperate throughout the entire research process; 3. Age >= 55 years; 4. Able to understand all aspects of this trial independently or with the help of a trusted person; 5. Plan to reside locally for >= 3 years; 6. History of at least one confirmed chronic disease in past or present: 1) Hypertension: systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 2) Diabetes: according to 1999 WHO criteria, fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L, or already clearly diagnosed with diabetes; 3) Hyperlipidemia: total cholesterol TC >= 6.2 mmol/L, or triglycerides TG >= 2.3 mmol/L, or high-density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C = 4.1 mmol/L; 4) Chronic kidney disease: defined as estimated glomerular filtration rate eGFR = 50%; 6) Cognitive impairment: determined by a score >= 1 on the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) Simplified Chinese version; 7) Parkinson's disease: presence of bradykinesia is required, along with at least one of the following: a. Resting tremor with 4–6 Hz frequency; b. Muscle rigidity. 7. Able to complete skin barrier function measurements; 8. Routine annual physical examination items, and agree to authorize access to physical examination information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known allergy to the investigational product; 2.Active severe skin diseases (impetigo, severe psoriasis, etc.); 3.accepted systemic immunosuppressive or anti-inflammatory therapy within 1 month; 4.Severe end-stage diseases (terminal cancer, severe heart failure, dialysis, etc.); 5.Other unsuitable conditions assessed by the investigator?
