Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients staying in ICU, age >18 years old; 2. Meeting the Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria; 3. Diagnosis of septic cardiomyopathy based on echocardiography (one of the following): (1) left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) 11; (3) mitral early peak diastolic velocity/ mitral late peak diastolic velocity (E/A) 2; (4) tricuspid annular plane systolic dilatation (TAPSE) <1.6 cm. TAPSE (Tricuspid Annular Plane Systolic Expansion) <1.6 cm. 4. Have a clinical indication for continuous renal replacement therapy; 5. Obtained informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to resin, heparin or ichthyosin; 2. Have a history of chronic heart failure; 3. Having a valid diagnosis directly related to myocardial dysfunction, e.g. acute myocardial infarction, myocarditis, unstable angina, post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation status; 4. Terminal status; 5. Those who abandoned treatment during the study period.
