Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure outlined in the 2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class I, II, or III, with stable condition over the past month and no acute exacerbation; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; Have no history of mental illness and possess normal reading, writing, verbal expression, and comprehension abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Movement disorders caused by diseases of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, etc.; 2. Diseases that severely impact patients' quality of life, such as malignant tumors; 3. Absolute contraindications for exercise; 4. Pregnant women and women preparing for pregnancy.
