Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for lung cancer patients: (1) Patients with mental disorders or currently receiving mental health treatment; (2) Patients with personality disorders, intellectual disabilities, memory impairments, brain injuries, or other brain diseases; (3) Patients with other malignant tumors involving other organs; (4) Patients with severe complications (e.g., pleural invasion by cancer cells causing chest pain and/or dyspnea); (5) If the spouse caregiver refuses to participate; (6) Patients with upper limb fractures or who have undergone upper limb surgery resulting in limited hand mobility; (7) Patients who have previously participated in similar psychological interventions. 2. Exclusion criteria for spouse caregivers: (1) Paid spouse caregivers; (2) Caregivers with other major diseases, such as respiratory failure, malignant tumors, or other critical conditions; (3) If the patient refuses to participate; (4) Caregivers currently participating in other studies. ...
