Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult women aged 20 to 80 who were diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer and underwent cell reduction surgery; 2.ASA II-III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Kidney dysfunction or liver dysfunction; 2.Having severe mental illness or mental disorders, a history of epilepsy, visual impairment, etc. 3.Previous or current presence of bleeding disorders, coagulation dysfunction or thromboembolic events; 4.The anticoagulant or antifibrinolytic drugs used before the operation and those used within the last month; 5.Allergic to TXA;
