Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Had undergone regular maintenance hemodialysis at this center for >=3 months prior to October 1, 2023, with relatively stable medical condition; 3. Possessed complete critical medical records and data for both the baseline period (Q4 2023) and the period following implementation of the management model (January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodialysis vintage 50%), making effective pre- and post-comparison impossible.
