Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 65 years of both sexes. 2. Hospitalized patients with established chronic kidney disease. Patients who consented for blood sampling and cognitive status assessment. 4. Healthy control group: people aged 20 to 65 years without chronic kidney disease who came to our hospital for physical examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age: less than 20 years old, more than 65 years old. 2. Subjects with traumatic brain injury and severe neurological or psychiatric disorders 3. Subjects with acute life-threatening illness. 4. Pregnant women. 5. Subjects and their families disagree.
