Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed informed consent prior to enrollment and ability to complete the study in accordance with the research protocol; 2.Patients with HBV infection undergoing liver resection; 3.Patients with HBV infection undergoing liver biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a definite diagnosis of liver cancer or liver metastases; 2.Patients co-infected with HIV or HCV; 3.Patients with comorbid autoimmune diseases; 4.Pregnant women.
