Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First ischemic stroke, including subacute (duration 7 days to 6 months) and chronic (duration 12 to 24 months); 2.Cerebral infarction met the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; 3.Cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI; 4.Age 18-75 years old (including 18 and 75 years old); 5.Unilateral hemiplegia, Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) >=2; 6.Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) >=24 points; 7.The vital signs were stable and no serious complications occurred; 8.Right-handed according to the Edinburgh Handedness Questionnaire before the onset of the disease; 9.Informed consent was obtained from patients or their immediate family members;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious impairments in speech, attention, hearing, vision (such as lateral neglect, hemianopia, etc.) and cognitive functions; 2.There is a history of organic brain diseases, neuropsychiatric disorders, drug abuse and alcohol abuse in the past; 3.Those with severe failure of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys; 4.Severe spasms or pain; 5.There is a metallic foreign object in the body; 6.People with claustrophobia; 7.Those who cannot cooperate with the functional assessment and have poor compliance; 8.Use drugs such as benzodiazepines that affect brain excitability.
