Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Formal practicing healthcare professionals (including but not limited to: registered physicians, registered nurses, social workers, clinical psychologists, rehabilitation therapists, etc.); 2. Currently working in clinical positions and participating or assisting in related work on palliative care; 3. Able to understand the purpose of the research and volunteer to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are on long-term leave, maternity leave, or on suspension during the research implementation period, and are unable to participate or complete the questionnaire; 2. Those who refuse to participate in this study or are unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
