18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants are under regular training; those who have not trained for more than three months are excluded. 2.Participants have no major sports injuries within at least three months prior to the start of the study. 3.Participants have no history of lower limb-related surgery (e.g., knee surgery). 4.Participants must demonstrate inter-limb asymmetry with an asymmetry index >10% after testing. 5.Participants have experience in resistance training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Low compliance. 2.Injury leading to loss to follow-up, or withdrawal from the study. 3.Failure to cooperate. 4.Lower limb asymmetry less than 10%
