40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who underwent successful UNS-ULBD surgery in the Spinal Surgery Ward at Yueyang Hospital between August 2021 and August 2024; all included patients were operated on by Dr Wang Shuqiang. (Sixty-three patients each were included in the groups using O-arm navigation and C-arm fluoroscopy); 2. Age > 40 years; gender not restricted; 3. Preoperative CT and MRI scans showed a sagittal diameter of the spinal canal of less than 10 mm and a lateral recess width of less than 3 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not completed follow-up and those who have not successfully undergone lumbar CT examination 3 months postoperatively.
