Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients should meet the following inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2022 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for ANCA-associated vasculitis; 2. Complete information on gender, age, laboratory tests, imaging examinations, treatment plans, etc., with regular follow-up within two years and complete follow-up data. Healthy controls are healthy individuals visiting the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology in our hospital, meeting the following inclusion criteria: 1. No rheumatic system diseases; 2. No active infections; 3. Gender and age matched with the patient group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other rheumatic diseases; 2. More than 50% data missing; 3. Patients with unclear diagnosis.
