Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with depression : 1. According to the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression, SCID-5-CV was used to label the diagnosis review and whether it was accompanied by mixed features. Patients with mixed features were in the group with mixed features, and patients without mixed features were in the group without mixed features. 2. patients did not take psychotropic drugs for more than 1 week; 3. age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited, right-handed; 4. HAMD-17 >= 18; 5. Primary school and above education level, understanding ability enough to cooperate with the completion of the scale and fNIRS data collection; 6. Informed consent was obtained from the patient or the guardian. Healthy control group : 1. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited, right-handed; 2. HAMD-17 < 7; 3. Primary school and above education level, understanding ability is enough to cooperate with the completion of the scale and fNIRS data collection; 4. With my informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with depression : 1. Severe physical diseases, dementia, mental retardation, epilepsy; 2. Comorbidity with other mental disorders, such as organic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances, schizophrenia; 3. Lactating and pregnant women; 4. Visual or auditory impairment. Healthy control group : 1. severe physical disease, dementia, epilepsy; 2. patients with previous and current diagnosis of mental disorders, positive family history of mental illness; 3. Lactating and pregnant women; 4. Visual or auditory impairment.
