Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent pedicled latissimus dorsi transfer, either unipolar or bipolar, at Jing’an District Central Hospital, Fudan University, between July 2010 and February 2025. 2. Patients diagnosed with brachial plexus injury, including obstetric or traumatic brachial plexus injury. 3. Preoperative latissimus dorsi muscle strength = M4, with target organ function < M2. 4. Availability of complete preoperative and postoperative evaluation data, including active range of motion (ROM), MRC muscle strength grading, or standardized examination videos/photographs suitable for blinded assessment by an independent physician.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data. 2. Patients lost to follow-up. 3. Patients with severe comorbidities that may significantly affect the evaluation of efficacy or safety.
