18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective robot-assisted radical prostatectomy were treated by the same group of surgeons. 2.Anesthesia ASA rating is II~II. 3.Before the trial, understand the nature, significance, possible benefits, possible inconveniences and potential dangers of the trial, understand the study procedures, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refuses to perform posterior rectus sheath block. 2.The patient was allergic to ropivacaine or bupivacaine. 3.The patient has damage or infection in the area where the nerve block was performed. 4.Coagulation abnormal. 5.The patient had a history of chronic neuropathic pain. 6.Patients are also participating in other clinical trials.
