Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with OSF (based on medical history, clinical manifestations, and pathological biopsy); 2. Severe limitation of mouth opening at the initial diagnosis (maximum mouth opening = 18 years, clear consciousness, able to cooperate with postoperative follow-up, and has signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other diseases that may cause limited mouth opening (such as temporomandibular joint ankylosis, trauma, infection, etc.); 2. Missing maxillary third molars; 3. Presence of contraindications to tooth extraction (uncontrolled systemic diseases, severe bleeding tendencies, etc.); 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
