Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed HIV infection for >=6 months; 2. Receiving ART for >=6 months; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Able to answer questions independently or complete a questionnaire with assistance; 5. Voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. End-stage disease (e.g. severe comorbidities: including cardiovascular disease, malignancy, active opportunistic infections, etc.); 3. Participating in other interventional clinical studies; 4. Special groups that require adjustment of ART during perioperative period.
