Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60-80 years undergoing abdominal surgery under elective general anesthesia. 2. No restrictions on gender. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II-III. 4. Surgery duration of >=2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of brain disease, brain trauma, neurological or psychiatric disorders, or mental illness; 2. Allergy to anesthetic drugs such as esketamine; 3. Long-term use of drugs that affect neuropsychiatric function; 4. Inability to complete cognitive function tests and assessments before surgery; 5. Expected difficulty in postoperative follow-up or poor compliance.
