Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Overweight or obesity, as defined as BMI >= 24 kg/m^2. 2. Vital signs are stable, the patient is conscious, capable of signing independently, has no aphasia, obvious cognitive impairment or hearing impairment, and is able to cooperate. 3. Aged between20 and 80 years old (inclusive of 20 and 80 years old), with no restriction on gender. 4. Have not participated in any clinical trials in the past 1 month, understand and consent to this survey, agree to accept the research protocol, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any acute illness; 2. A history of taking antibiotics, probiotics or hormones within 1 months before the participation; 3. A history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 4. Pregnancy and lactating women; 5. Severe organic disease; 6. Allergic to Lentinus edodes and Auricularia auricula; 7. Excessive alcohol consumption and irregular eating habits; 8. Diagnosis of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, diabetes, current systemic corticosteroid treatment or medications affecting glucose metabolism; 9. Expected poor compliance; 10. Use of weight loss medication or participation in weight-loss program in the past 3 months.
