Polycystic ovary syndrome

Interventions

Control group:The control group received routine lifestyle management, including dietary management, exercise management, behavioral management, and psychological care.
Intervention group:On the basis of the routine lifestyle management program, the self-depletion intervention program based on the Theory of Dyadic Illness Management was adopted.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Patients 1. Met the Rotterdam Criteria (2003 edition) for the diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS); 2. Self - depletion score >= 45 points; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) >=24 kg/m²; 4. Age >= 20years old; 5. With good comprehension and communication skills, and able to cooperate with the completion of this study. Inclusion Criteria for Spouses 1. Good physical condition; 2. Have cohabited with the patient for >= 6 months and can accompany the patient for medical visits; 3. Age >= 22 years old; 4. With normal comprehension and communication skills, and able to cooperate with the completion of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for both patients and spouses were: 1. The patient is currently in the pregnancy or lactation period; 2. Experienced major stressful or negative life events within the past 6 months; 3. Has a mental disorder or is accompanied by a critical illness; 4. Is currently participating in other interventional studies.
