Prehypertension

Interventions

Standard Unsupervised Exercise Group:5 sessions of aerobic exercise per week (40% VO?max) + 2 sessions of resistance training per week, 40 minutes per session. Subjects exercised independently
blood pressure, heart rate, and body weight were self?measured weekly, with data summarized monthly.
Digital Monitored Exercise Group:Exercise prescription identical to Group 1
real?time monitoring via the "Weidong Butler" platform, with data uploaded weekly.
Split Session Exercise Group:Exercise intensity, frequency, and monitoring identical to Group 2
however, aerobic exercise was performed twice daily for 20 minutes each (total exercise volume matched).
Progressive Intensity Exercise Group:Initial protocol identical to Group 2
aerobic exercise intensity increased monthly (40% ? 60% VO2max), with data uploaded weekly.

30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30–50 years, male or female. 2. Systolic blood pressure 120–139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80–89 mmHg (not taking antihypertensive medications). 3. Lack of regular exercise habit: fewer than 3 sessions of moderate-intensity or above exercise per week in the past 3 months, with each session lasting less than 30 minutes. 4. No history of antihypertensive drug use. 5. No concurrent heart, lung, liver, or kidney diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet any of the above inclusion criteria. 2. Has any contraindication to exercise (e.g., severe heart disease, joint injuries, etc.). 3. Is unable to cooperate with the intervention during the study period.
