Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-50 years old; 2. 24kg/m^2 = 90cm, women >= 85cm; waist-to-hip ratio: men >= 0.9, women >= 0.85; (2) Dual-energy X-ray: leg fat mass of visceral fat-type (SFA) accounts for less than 40% of total fat mass; (3) CT/MRI: VFA at the center of the second lumbar vertebra > 100 cm^2 is defined as visceral fat-type obesity; 4. Peripheral fat-type obesity: meets age 18-50 years and 24kg/m^2 < BMI < 40kg/m^2, but does not meet the diagnostic criteria for visceral fat-type obesity; 5. There is more than a 25% difference in VFA and SFA between the two groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes, heart disease or hypertension, or gastrointestinal diseases. 2.Those who cannot participate in more than 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise or more than 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. 3.There has been a noticeable change in weight over the past three months. 4.Used antibiotics in the past three months for three days or more. 5.Pregnant and breastfeeding women. 6.Heavy drinking (drinking alcohol five or more times a week, with an average of more than 2 liang of white spirit, half a jin of yellow wine, or five bottles of beer per occasion. 7.Suffered from a severe mental illness in the past six months. 8.Medications were taken for the following conditions in the past three months: cholecystitis, peptic ulcers, urinary tract infections, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism, and other thyroid dysfunctions. 9.Underwent gastrointestinal surgery, excluding appendectomies and hernia repairs. 10.Patients with chronic or persistent hepatitis, or severe liver diseases such as cirrhosis, and those who are HBsAg positive with abnormal liver function (serum ALT and AST levels are 2.5 times the normal values). 11.Suffering from IBD, Cushing's syndrome. 12.Suffering from severe organic diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and stroke. 13.Suffer from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS. 14.Those with physical disabilities or other reasons that prevent them from taking care of themselves, clearly recalling or answering questions. 15.Anemia: Hemoglobin <10g/dl. 16.Individuals who have used any medication (including appetite suppressants such as fenfluramine, thyroid hormones, progesterone, laxatives, and various traditional Chinese medicine weight loss drugs) for weight loss in the past three months. 17.There are obvious motor impairments. 18.There is no guarantee of sufficient time to participate in this project.
