Interventions
Mandibular nerve trunk block group:Under ultrasound guidance, block the mandibular nerve trunk, with the tip of the needle located at the mandibular nerve trunk.
Lateral Pterygoid Plane Block Group:Under ultrasound guidance, perform a deep fascia plane block of the lateral pterygoid muscle, with the tip of the needle located on the posterior edge.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years, any gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for trigeminal V3 branch herpes zoster neuralgia: (1) Presence of clear herpes zoster rash in the areas innervated by the trigeminal V3 branch, such as the lower jaw, cheek, temporal region, and lower dental arch; (2) Disease course strictly limited to less than 6 months; 3. Pain numeric rating score (NRS) at rest >= 3 after oral pregabalin/gabapentin; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The skin at the puncture site is infected, ulcerated, or there is a combination of herpes zoster vesicle fusion and ulceration accompanied by purulent exudation. 2. Have a history of trigeminal nerve surgery (such as trigeminal nerve decompression surgery) and craniofacial trauma (such as mandibular fracture). 3. There are absolute contraindications to nerve block, such as coagulation dysfunction and increased intracranial pressure (e.g., brain tumor, acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage). 4. Long-term dependence on analgesic drugs or history of abuse of psychotropic drugs. 5. Patients with comorbid mental illnesses (such as depression and anxiety, and who have not taken regular medication for control in the past month) or cognitive impairments (such as Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia) are unable to accurately express the level of pain. 6. Combined severe cardiovascular diseases: such as myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension, and arrhythmia within the past 3 months. 7. Allergic to local anesthetics or analgesics (such as acetaminophen and tramadol).
