Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years. 2.Diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome (SSS) or intra-atrial conduction block, meeting guideline-recommended indications for pacemaker implantation (e.g., symptomatic bradycardia, sinus arrest, chronotropic incompetence, etc.). 3.Expected atrial pacing percentage (AP%) = 40%, based on preprocedural electrophysiological assessment. 4.Willing and able to provide written informed consent to participate in the study. 5.Complete baseline 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) data available during sinus rhythm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation (AF) prior to implantation. 2.Significant left atrial enlargement (left atrial diameter [LAD] > 60 mm). 3.Prior cardiac surgery affecting the conduction system, or severe heart failure (New York Heart Association [NYHA] functional class III or IV). 4.Congenital heart disease (including valvular heart disease requiring surgery) with complex anatomical variations. 5.Life expectancy < 1 year (e.g., advanced malignancy). 6.Severe systemic infection. 7.Pregnancy. 8.Presence of atrial thrombus.
