Interventions
High-intensity light exposure group:On the basis of medication treatment, expose to high intensity light for 1 hour every day for 2 weeks.
Low-intensity light exposure group:On the basis of medication treatment, expose to low intensity light for 1 hour every day for 2 weeks.
Conventional drug group:Only accept medication treatment

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. Meet the 2015 Movement Disorder Society criteria for idiopathic Parkinson's disease; 3. Patients at Hoehn and Yahr stages 2-3; 4. Willing and able to sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Report retinal disease, eye surgery, or use of photosensitive drugs; 2. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or possibility of pregnancy within the next 3 months; 3. Malignant tumour/cancer, history of brain surgery or brain tumour; 4. Contraindications to MRI and near-infrared brain functional imaging scans (scalp lesions, metal implants, head injuries, etc.).
