Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer according to the ICD-11 (International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision) criteria who have undergone surgical treatment; 3. Normal language expression and communication abilities, capable of accurately completing the questionnaire independently or with guidance from the researcher; 4. Voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other psychiatric disorders; 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment precluding completion of the questionnaire and assessment; 3. Patients unable to cooperate with the study; 4. Patients with concurrent other malignancies.
