Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Completely impacted mandibular tooth. 2.The impacted tooth has clinical symptoms or needs to be extracted for orthodontic treatment. 3.CBCT shows that the tooth is horizontally or invertedly impacted, and the distance from the lowest point of the crown of the impacted tooth to the occlusal plane of the mandibular second molar is bigger than 15mm. 4.The mandibular first molar and second molar on the impacted side are intact. 5.Denial of systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Limited mouth opening (the distance of the edges of the upper and lower incisors is less than 2.5mm). 2.CBCT shows the patient has jaw cysts or other lesions. 3.Patients allegic to materials such as resin.
