Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Patients with good cognitive status who can actively cooperate and voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Preoperative need for intra-aortic balloon pump or mechanical ventilation support; 3.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) below 50%; 4.Severe liver or kidney failure; 5.Treatment with immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids within the last 3 months; 6.Hematological system diseases; 7.Cognitive dysfunction or inability to communicate; 8.History of alcohol or drug dependence or abuse; 9.Difficulty in follow-up or poor compliance
