Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis (bone density T value <= -2.5 or accompanied by fragility fractures); 3. Meet the definition of frailty phenotype (satisfy 3 or more criteria: weight loss, fatigue, decreased grip strength, slowed gait, reduced physical activity); 4. Recently (within 3 months) undergone orthopedic surgery; 5. Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the intervention, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction; 2. Malignant tumor; 3. Acute infection; 4. Cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate; 5. Participation in other clinical trials; 6. Those who cannot guarantee participation time within 12 weeks.
