Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years old; 2.The dentition defect in the maxillary molar region was more than 3 months; 3.The remaining bone height of the implant site is 4 mm <= RBH <=7 mm; 4.There was no severe periapical disease in the adjacent teeth, and no inflammation or infection in the proposed implant area; 5.There were no lesions in the maxillary sinus and the sinus floor was relatively flat; 6.The general condition was good and the patient was able to tolerate the implant surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases that affect bone healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis and AIDS, etc.; 2. History of head and neck radiotherapy; 3. Immunodeficiency diseases, pregnant and lactating women, history of bisphosphonate treatment; 4. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day; 5. Presence of uncontrolled or untreated periodontal disease; 6. Insufficient bone density preventing simultaneous implant placement; 7. Patients who have had implant surgery failure in this area before; 8. Acute inflammation of the maxillary sinus during the period.
