Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 3-12 years old, diagnosed with anisometropic amblyopia (interocular difference (IOD) in spherical equivalent refraction >=1.00D; or astigmatism difference in any meridian >=1.50D; best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of at least one eye =2 lines); 2. The patient received standardized amblyopia treatment in our hospital, including refractive correction, occlusion therapy, visual training, etc. 3. Completeness of medical records: Having complete medical records, including detailed ophthalmological examination records at the initial diagnosis, complete refractive examination results, and detailed records of treatment plans; 4. Follow-up conditions: regular follow-up duration >= 1 year, with traceable follow-up records; 5. Compliance criteria: The patient and their guardian have good compliance with the treatment plan and can implement the treatment plan as prescribed by the doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other types of amblyopia: strabismic amblyopia, form-deprivation amblyopia, etc. 2. Exclusion of eye diseases: presence of congenital or acquired organic eye diseases, such as congenital cataract, congenital glaucoma, retinal diseases, severe ptosis, etc., and nystagmus; 3. History of eye surgery, organic eye diseases, diabetes, or other systemic diseases that affect visual function; 4. Brain or vestibular-related balance dysfunction; 5. Data quality exclusion: patients with incomplete medical records, missing key data, or inability to evaluate the efficacy due to interrupted follow-up.
