Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the indications for primary THA/TKA surgery from the date of obtaining ethical approval, agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form. 2. Complete test results of the blood indicators to be studied should be available within one month before and after the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Joint replacement caused by revision surgery or tumor diseases. 2. There was already an active infection or acute attack of chronic inflammatory disease before the operation (such as active rheumatoid arthritis, acute attack of gout). 3. There is a serious lack of clinical data.
