Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with TS through chromosomal karyotype analysis; 2. Growth deceleration occurs; 3. TS girls aged 5-12; stage of sexual development: Tanner stage 1; 4. Never treated with rhGH; 5. Patients with hypothyroidism who are included in the study must have undergone at least 3 months of standardized thyroid hormone replacement therapy before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT > 2 times the upper limit of normal, Cr > upper limit of normal); 2. Presence of rhGH contraindications, etc; 3. Suffering from severe underlying diseases such as cardiopulmonary, hematological, malignant tumors, and diabetes; 4. Combined with skeletal developmental disorders; 5. Individuals whom the researchers deem unsuitable for participation in this study.
