Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Between 18 and 75 years old; 2.Gender is not limited; 3.According to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis", patients diagnosed with cervical spondylosis parallel cervical anterior decompression fusion (ACDF) or cervical anterior vertebral subtotal incision fusion (ACCF); 4.The operation period is from January 1, 2022 to February 28, 2026, and he will be admitted to the spine surgery department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University; 5.There are clear descriptions of throat irritation symptoms and relevant evaluation records in the postoperative medical record (such as VAS score >= 3, and/or difficulty swallowing, hoarseness, etc.); 6.The medical instructions and nursing records opened in the medical record are complete, which can clearly distinguish whether they have received special nursing for throat irritation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have a history of severe pharyngeal organic disease, vocal cord paralysis or clear swallowing dysfunction before the operation; 2.Those who are seriously missing medical records (such as incomplete key vital signs, nursing assessment records, discharge records, etc.) and cannot be analyzed effectively. 3.Those who undergo other neck surgery (such as thyroid surgery) or treatment that may affect throat function at the same time; 4.Those who have been hospitalized for less than 48 hours for non-medical reasons (such as automatic discharge, transfer, transfer) after surgery; 5.Patients with incomplete collection of information due to missing questionnaire information and failure of follow-up;
