Female
Age
20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton full-term pregnancy; 2.Primipara; 3.Complete lochia drainage; 4.No history of pelvic surgery or urogenital tract infection; 5.Able to cooperate under medical guidance to perform an effective Valsalva maneuver (sustained for at least 6 seconds).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe pregnancy complications or other systemic diseases; 2.Puerperal infection, hemorrhage, or concurrent urogenital tract infection; 3.Diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) during pregnancy; 4.History of prior pelvic surgery; 5.Inability to perform an effective Valsalva maneuver.
