Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with gouty arthritis: (1) Obtain informed consent from the patient before any trial; (2) Meet the clinical diagnosis of gouty arthritis according to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout and Hyperuricemia," confirmed by pathological examination showing urate crystals, and require joint debridement and repair surgery; (3) Age >18 years; (4) Gout joint involvement in areas such as the knee. 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) Obtain informed consent from the patient before any trial; (2) Require joint debridement and repair surgery; (3) Age >18 years; (4) Serum uric acid <420 µmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Confirmation of the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. 2.Combined heart, brain and other vital organ diseases. 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 4.History of joint trauma or fracture. 5.Combined respiratory emergencies. 6.Acute stages of underlying diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. 7.Combined severe complications of hyperuricaemia. 8.Other reasons exist that the researcher considers unsuitable for participation in this study.
