Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3–18 years; 2. Pre-puncture pain score of 0; 3. No scars, allergies, or venous thrombosis at the intended puncture site; 4. Informed consent obtained from the child and parents, with signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children unable to wear virtual glasses; 2. Children with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Children who have used analgesics or sedatives within 30 minutes prior to puncture.
