Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0–18 years; 2. The guardian agrees to participate in this study and provides written informed consent; 3. Willing to participate in the collection of basic health information and completion of questionnaires during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of congenital developmental abnormalities, including but not limited to congenital cardiovascular malformations and chromosomal aneuploidy; 2. Immune system dysfunction, such as severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID); 3. Presence of hereditary diseases, including chromosomal genetic disorders; 4. Participants judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation in this study, including but not limited to failure to meet compliance requirements.
