Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The lesion was confirmed by imaging to be located below the cerebral cortex, requiring surgical establishment of an operative corridor; 2.All patients provided informed consent for the study and signed the agreement documents; 3.Body mass index (BMI) 18–30 kg/m^2;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of psychiatric disorders, cardiac arrhythmias, substance abuse, or cognitive dysfunction that may increase surgical risk or interfere with the study results; 2.History of stroke, Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease (PD), vascular dementia, or other central neurodegenerative diseases; 3.Recent receipt of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other clinical interventions that may affect the scientific validity of tissue samples;
