Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical Staff: (1) Have more than 3 years of work experience; (2) Voluntarily participate in this study. 2. Patients: (1) Diagnostic criteria: Clearly diagnosed with CRC according to CRC diagnostic standards. (2) Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients whose primary treatment method is chemotherapy; 2) Patients assessed as having CION according to the neurotoxicity self-assessment scale; 3) Age >= 18 years; 4) Able to understand the content of this interview and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical personnel: rotating and advanced training medical personnel. 2. Patients: (1) Those with other malignant tumors or major organic diseases; (2) Those with mental disorders or recent use of antipsychotic drugs; (3) Those with neurological diseases, or diseases of the oral cavity, face, eyes, and ears.
